Here is an interesting update for you folks living in Quebec to consider. Pursuant to a new law recently adopted applicable in the province of Quebec, starting from November 15, 2008 through April 15, and on a yearly basis thereon, Quebec drivers must equip their vehicles with winter tires. Other blogs say winter tires are needed from Dec 15, not from Nov 15. You are a lawyer. Maybe you should check the law.
ALSO UNTIL MARCH 15 AND NOT APRIL 15. PLEASE , LET,S TRY TO GET IT RIGHT.
