- The author is an attorney at law practicing in the jurisdiction of Quebec (Canada) where he has obtained his Bachelor of Law from the University of Montreal. Prior to the aforementioned, he obtained his Bachelor of Commerce, with distinction, from the Jonh Molson School of Business at Concordia University. He has been granted a lifetime membership to The International Honour Society Beta Gamma Sigma and the Golden Key International Honour Society, the Concordia Chapters, for outstanding academic achievements.
